Treat yourself to a fine dining experience

Be greeted with a glass of Champagne before sitting down and enjoying a five-course meal from our British set menu, with wine. Service begins at 19:00 and the table is reserved for the rest of the evening, until 21:30.

The cost of this dining experience is £99 per person

Amuse Bouche

Tomato consommé, black olive & basil

Charred Cornish mackerel, horseradish crème fraiche, pickled cucumber and sea vegetables

Entrée

Native breed 28-day aged short rib and filet of beef, smoked potato, Wye Valley asparagus, Morels, port jus

Dessert

Kentish cherries with lemon posset, meringue

Cheese board

Saint Nectaire
West comb cheddar
Beenleigh blue
Crottin de Chavignol
Served with whipped quince, candied walnuts and a selection of oat cake and seeded crackers
