Depicting an urban orchard and foraging garden, ‘A Stitch in Time Saves Nine’ addressed the concerns facing urban environments. The garden focused on plants that benefit wildlife and / or can be foraged by people. It sought to rethink these areas by introducing green spaces with a benefit to wildlife and humans. Illustrating an inner city wildlife corridor the garden was intended to engage people more intimately with their surroundings.
