Jack Adair Bevan is an award winning cocktail maker who has been producing a vermouth from herbs growing in the walled garden of his restaurant near Bristol. Guests at his talk will have the opportunity to learn about this craft, make their own vermouth and discover what herbs to grow and how to use them.
