To celebrate the arrival of the Brian Dodsworth Iris collection at Doddington Hall Gardens, and the peak of the iris display, guests will arrive to welcome drinks on our West Terrace (weather permitting) followed by a talk entitled 'Bryan Dodsworth - "Forty Years in Search of Perfection in Form and Colour" given by Bryan's son Simon. You will then be taken on two tours of the Iris collections at Doddington: 1) Bryan Dodsworth's Irises led by Barry Emmerson, Current British Iris Society President, member of the Iris Trials Judging Panel and leading Hybridiser of Tall Bearded Irises. 2) Doddington Irises - led by David Logan, Head Gardener at Doddington Hall.
