Start the New Year discovering how to make your own beautiful face and body preparations: from facial cleansers, steam baths and scrubs to lip balms, hair treatments and body and bath oils. With herbalist Bel Charlesworth, you will explore different herbal ingredients, base and essential oils, make macerated oils and learn how to use and blend them together. You will also look at herbal teas and foods to promote inner calm and beauty and learn a simple massage routine to help you relax and rejuvenate.
