Designed for ambitious beginning and improving vegetable gardeners, this workshop focuses on what vegetables are best to grow in the frozen north.

Includes:
  • Carefully planning and designing a worthwhile vegetable garden
  • Top tips and techniques for growing crops and crop rotation
  • Valuable crops to grow
This workshop will take place upstairs in La Casa Verde, followed by a walk down to the Larch Cottage Vegetable Garden. Our gardeners have grown nearly every type of vegetable here in Cumbria.
 
There will be coffee on arrival. The workshop will take place indoors and outdoors so bring suitable clothing.
