Following the success of our previous events, we are delighted to announce our third Snowdrop fair!
The plant fair will run from 10am – 12 noon, and the garden will be open until 4pm.
SNOWDROP LECTURE BY VAL BOURNE: ‘The Snowdrop Vortex – one woman’s obsession with the white stuff’
Val Bourne is an award-winning garden writer, photographer and lecturer and she gardens on the wind-swept Cotswolds at Spring Cottage – high above Bourton-on-the-Water in Gloucestershire. Her third of an acre garden is managed without using chemicals – something Val has always believed in. She is a hands on gardener and a committed plantaholic.
Val’s lecture will take place in our indoor theatre at Great Comp Garden from 11:30 – 12:15.   Tickets to the lecture will be sold separately to garden/plant fair entry.
Great Comp Garden is usually closed in February so the Snowdrop Fair is a rare opportunity to see our own fine displays of Snowflakes and Hellebores when they are at their peak.
Teas and lunches will be available in The Old Dairy Tearoom.
