Petals and Pigment: A Botanical Art Showcase by Sally Rich Flowers and gardens hold a central place in Sally's artistic journey. As an artist deeply rooted in gardening and allotment cultivation, she draws inspiration from the simple yet profound moments in nature. Whether it's the gentle curve of a petal, the fleeting presence of a goldfinch, or the graceful flight of a bee, these experiences fuel Sally's creativity. Sally's artistic process involves layering acrylic ink circles over time, resulting in a captivating interplay between the surface and the subjects she depicts. A delightful dance of tension and harmony. Sally invites you to enjoy her paintings, each one a reflection of her passion for both art and the natural world, and hopes you discover the same joy in viewing them as she did in bringing them to life. A joyful reflection of art and the natural world. Sally Rich is leading four workshops at RHS Rosemoor during the summer:
