All gardens are an ecosytem of their own, and particular elements within the garden ecosystem may hinder your plants from looking their best. In this workshop, you will learn about a range of common organisms affecting popular garden plants, and consider if they might be classed as ‘pests and diseases’. On this course you will learn some diagnostic and identification skills, know how to spot healthy and unhealthy plants, become familiar with the concept of biosecurity, and learn some key steps to take in the garden to ensure healthy plants in a balanced garden ecosystem. Participants will learn to approach garden problems in a sustainable way that is in harmony with the garden ecosystem.

Tea and coffee will be available throughout this workshop.
