Cottage garden doyenne Margery Fish first planted snowdrops at East Lambrook Manor Gardens in the 1940s. There are now more than 150 named varieties, with many in a special raised bed.

Snowdrop tours will highlight some of the garden’s favourites, and more than 80 varieties of snowdrop will be on sale in the nursery along with sculptor Chris Kampf’s popular steel snowdrops.

There is free access to RHS members to the garden every Wednesday during Feburary, and the cost of the snowdrop tour is £3.20 per person.
