Join artist Lynn Kirkley for a watercolour painting workshop. During the watercolour painting workshop you will observe and record the foliage and flowers seen at RHS Garden Bridgewater at the height of summer. Back in the Learning Studio you will have an introduction to basic watercolour techniques from colour mixing to creating different tones, textures and pattern from your watercolours.  After some time for experimentation with the watercolour techniques learnt, you will complete your painting to create a unique personalised painting of the garden.

All materials are provided. Participants are recommended to bring a camera phone with which to photograph flora in the garden that they are inspired to paint. Tea and coffee will be available at the workshop.

Tutor: Lynne Kirley, Local Artist
