When designing a garden it can be difficult to know where to begin. How do you assess the space, draw up a plan and start planting? Led by lecturer and author Christine Lavelle, this workshop will help you look at your garden to get the most out of your space. Explore the fundamental principles of garden design including garden aspect and soil type, through to colour palette, plant choices and border design. With considered design and thoughtful planting, every size garden can deliver maximum impact and become a space to be proud of.

Tutor: Christine Lavelle, Lecturer at Writtle University College
