Course
Climate change is a global issue, but there are things we can all do in our gardens as individual gardeners to reduce the carbon footprint of our growing and nurture of plants. From the type of growing media, you use, to how often you water your plants, any change which promotes net positive gardening will help to decelerate the impacts of climate change.
Anne Gunning, the tutor of this new course for RHS Garden Bridgewater, will talk attendees through the best ways to reduce your horticultural carbon footprint and will explore how this has been achieved at RHS Bridgewater.
Bring a notebook, and get ready to take on a series of actions to promote greener, gardening practices.
This workshop is suitable for all adults at any level of gardening who are interested in planet friendly garden practices.
Tea and coffee will be available throughout the workshop. Tutor: Anne Gunning
