Bring autumn colour to your windowsill with this practical yet decorative windowsill planter. Using a former, slab building, and clay decorating techniques, you will create a narrow footed decorative planter perfect for creating a windowsill garden or for growing herbs, succulents or alpines, or other small seasonal plants.

Llinos will guide you through the techniques needed to create your planter, which will then be dried, fired and glazed externally, ready for collection in two or three weeks' time -  just in time to plant up for festive seasonal colour or as a Christmas gift.

Llinos Gale currently runs pottery workshops at London House Studio & Gallery in Bideford. She has an Honours Degree in 3-Dimensional Design specialising in ceramics and has spent many years working in the education sector, sharing her passion for pottery and exploring different materials and techniques. Llinos has always been drawn to the sea and her work is often inspired by the colours and textures of Devon’s coastline.

Llinos is a new tutor to RHS Rosemoor and we are excited to be offering two pottery workshops with her this year. Her other workshops is Seedpod Inspired Garden Ornament on 23 November 2024.
