Experience the ultimate in relaxation with Sound Bath Workshops with Jez Smith, taking place in the Glasshouse at RHS Garden Wisley. This unique setting provides the ideal backdrop for these immersive workshops.

Suitable for ages 18+ only

Important: What to Bring:

  • Yoga mat (The floor is hard inside the Glasshouse)
  • A pillow, & blankets for extra comfort
  • You may want to bring an eye covering
  • Water Bottle

Contraindications: The soundbath sessions are not suitable for people with seizures, epilepsy, heart conditions, high blood pressure or early stages of pregnancy (1st trimester).
