** Group visits must be booked in advance.
One carer or companion is admitted free of charge per wheelchair user, visually impaired visitor or other person whose disability necessitates a carer. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the garden. The only exception are registered support dogs.

*** Green tickets - you must present a valid travel ticket if arriving by public transport.

Opening times

Open every day except Christmas Day.

Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm

Saturday - Sunday & Bank Holidays 9am - 6pm

Last entry one hour before closing.
Winter closure at 4.30pm (20 October to 15 March)

The Glasshouse at Wisley: 10am - 5.15pm,  (10am - 3.45pm between 20 October and 15 March); last entry to Glasshouse is 15 minutes before closing.

Temporary area closures
The Glasshouse will close at 5pm on Sat August 23 due to a private function.

The Temperate and Arid area of the Wisley Glasshouse will be closed for the RHS School of Horticulture Graduation Day on Thursday 28 August. The Tropical area will be open all day.

Garden Library: 11am - 4pm.

Useful downloads

We are sorry but garden toys, such as scooters and balls, are not permitted in the garden. Thank you for helping us to protect the plants.

The garden is a popular venue for groups. Look round at your own pace or  take one of our garden tours - led by one of our expert gardeners.
