A clump-forming, bulbous perennial with broadly strap-shaped, greyish- green leaves. The outer segments are well-rounded and have a puckered texture, the inner segments have a strong green 'H' marking, which is thicker at the base. Flowering in mid to late February, this is a large and robust snowdrop that performs well in a cold garden
