A large-cupped daffodil to around 60cm high, with straplike grey-green leaves. Flowers have very broad, bright yellow outer petals, and a funnel-shaped, slightly ribbed orange cup fading to paler orange at the base. This is a historic cultivar registered before 1931

How to Grow

Cultivation

Plant at one and a half to two times the depth of the bulb in autumn. Will tolerate most soils but prefers moderately fertile, well-drained soil that is constantly moist during the growing season. See daffodil cultivation for further advice
