A mat-forming, evergreen succulent producing very symmetrical, fleshy rosettes, with a tightly packed spiral of small, heavily cobwebbed leaves, pale grey-green changing to burgundy. Tall spikes of starry pink flowers produced from mature rosettes, die off after flowering in summer and are replaced by new offsets

Cultivation
