An evergreen, clump-forming fern with 10-25cm long and 2-3cm wide bright yellow-green to deep green, linear, tapered fronds divided into oblong leaflets with smooth to gently toothed edges. The fronds have slightly wavy margins and a feathery, maidenhair-like appearance. The leaflets are arranged alternately along the fronds.
