A relatively new maincrop variety with good yields and lovely pale cream, sweet flesh. This variety is considered a good option for the show bench, particularly as it retains its colour after washing, but is equally good for the garden and allotment. The parsnips show good resistance to canker and can be harvested all through winter so you should be enjoying home grown parsnips for Christmas dinner! Sow: March to May, Harvest: September to February.
