Bedding
A vigorous, gently spreading or trailing floriferous tender perennial usually grown as seasonal bedding, a patio plant or seasonal ground cover. It has oval shaped, sticky and hairy mid-green leaves and produces gramophone-trumpet-shaped, pink-purple flowers. It blooms from late spring or early summer well into autumn. It trails or spreads around 50 cm to 60cm so is ideal for hanging baskets and containers and brilliant as temporary ground cover in sunny, warm, well-drained spots.
