A compact, branching annual to about 70cm, with glossy, dark green foliage. Produces small, white flowers from mid-summer and high yields of sweet, blocky fruit about 8cm long, starting green in late summer and matuing to bright red

Best grown inside on a sunny windowsill or in a greenhouse, but can be grown outside once all danger of frost has passed; select a sunny, sheltered position and grow in containers, peat-free growing bags or in open ground.
