A tall, twiggy, evergreen shrub with slender, arching branches. In summer it bears large, pendent, bell-shaped yellow flowers. In mild areas it can be grown outdoors in a sheltered spot; elsewhere it is best grown in a pot and overwintered under glass

Cultivation

Under glass, grow in peat-free, loam-based compost in full light. While in growth water freely and apply a balanced liquid fertiliser monthly. Water sparingly in winter. In milder areas train against a warm wall
