'Restless Sea' is a small, clump-forming perennial to about 30cm high by 80cm across with greyish-green, narrowly ovate leaves with strongly waved edges and twisted tips. Compact spikes of relatively large, very pale purple, bell-shaped flowers are produced in late summer
