A compact, clump-forming, densley tufted evergreen perennial grass with blue-green strap-like foliage. Spikes of pale purple flowers appear above the foliage in spring or early summer which turn into purple-brown seedheads. An ideal grass for using as a single specimen or for ground cover in larger planting schemes
