John Fielding Alpine Rockery
A mound-forming, evergreen perennial to 25cm tall, with branching, brittle stems and sticky, grey-green leaves to 4cm long. From early to late summer it produces highly fragrant, saucer-shaped, crimson-backed white flowers; these are closed during the day and open in the evening
