A clump-forming perennial, to around 40cm high in flower, forming a compact mound of deeply lobed, wrinkled green leaves with toothed edges. Semi-double flowers, golden yellow brushed with rich orange-red at the margins and fading to soft peach, are borne on slender stems above the foliage from spring to mid summer

Cultivation

Thrives in fertile, well-drained soil in full sun; will tolerate light shade but flowering is better in sun. Avoid areas that are waterlogged over winter. Divide every three years or so to maintain vigour
