A tender, mound-forming to semi-trailing perennial, mostly grown as an annual for container or bedding displays. It has ovate, sticky and hairy, green to grey-green leaves and, from late spring into autumn, trumpet shaped flowers that are mostly a pale creamy-white colour with an area of rosey pink down the centre of each fused petal.
