A perennial bulb, to around 15cm high, with narrow, grey-green leaves. Nodding white flowers are produced in late winter, with curving outer petals brushed with green at the tips, and inner petals marked with a dark green heart at the tip. Mature bulbs produce two flowers on a single stem once established
