A vigorous, trailing, and sometimes mounding, floriferous tender perennial usually grown as seasonal bedding or a patio container plant. It has oval shaped, sticky and hairy mid-green leaves and produces abundant, Gramophone-trumpet-shaped, purple flowers with a white halo around the outer edge of the flowers. Flowers from late spring to autumn.
