How to Grow

Cultivation

In nature this naturally occurring hybrid, is a high elevation plant, requiring humid, cool conditions and good air movement. Grow in a moisture retentive, but well-drained soil in almost full sun in summer, and full sun in winter. Water and feed regularly during the growing season, restricting watering in the winter, dormant period, to just a sufficient amount to prevent the pseudobulbs from shrivelling. The leaves are shed before teh new growth emerges in spring See: indoor orchid cultivation
