A compact, hardy, deciduous, clump-forming perennial to around 50cm in height, with a rounded habit, strap-like green leaves and upright, hairy stems. Single, anemone-like flowers are pink with lemonade-yellow petal tips and a dark central cone, appearing from mid summer and sometimes lasting through until the autumn
