A compact, hardy, deciduous, clump-forming perennial to around 25cm in height, with strap-like green leaves and upright, hairy stems. Single, anemone-like flowers are peachy orange-pink with a brownish central cone, appearing from mid summer and sometimes lasting through until the autumn
