A very small, dense, mat-forming evergreen with succulent, cylindrical fresh green leaves which take on a reddish tint in the autumn. Although it looks delicate, it is hard-wearing and ideal for edging or hanging baskets. Short, fine, upright stems carry clusters of delicate white, star-shaped flowers in late spring and early summer. Drought and heat tolerant
