A group of canna hybrids, clump-forming perennials with large leaves that may be green or bronze and showy flowers produced from summer to autumn that may be pink, red, orange or yellow. These upright, rhizomatous perennials range in height from 90-150cm. They are good plants for tropical borders or containers

Grow in a border or container in a sheltered site with full sun. Water freely in dry spells and apply a balanced liquid feed monthly. In cold regions, lift the rhizomes in autumn once frost has blackened the foliage and store in barely moist compost in frost-free conditions.
