Sinopanax formosanus

An evergreen tree or shrub growing up to 12m high in the wild but more likely to form a shrub up to around 4m tall in cultivation. Leaves up to 20cm broad are held on stout branches and are dark green with 3-5 shallow lobes. Small, greenish-white flowers in terminal panicles to 15cm across are produced in late summer
