A late, multi-purpose apple with pale yellow, conical fruit, flushed and striped with red. Cooks to a robust puree, matures to a brisk eating apple in storage, and may also be used for cider production. Tip-bearing trees crop in mid-autumn and the fruit stores into winter. Requires a group 3, 4 or 5 pollinator
