A large, bushy, hardy, fast-growing semi-evergreen to evergreen species of shrub to around 3.5m in height, with large, heart-shaped, mid-green leaves. Clusters of fragrant, yellow-white to green-white flowers appear at the end of the branches from summer through to early autumn
