A vigorous clump-forming perennial, to around 85cm high, with divided, slightly glossy deep green leaves. Early flowering, producing large, bright red single flowers, with ruffled petals and a mass of bright yellow stamens in the centre, in late spring and early summer

How to Grow

Cultivation

Propagate by division, lifting and dividing established clumps in autumn
