A succulent evergreen subshrub, with loosely branching stems tipped with rosettes of fleshy leaves up to 28cm across. Leaves are slightly grey-green, narrow at the base and pointed at the tips, and often tinted red at the margins. Mature rosettes produce spikes of greenish-white flowers in summer

How to Grow

Cultivation

Best grown in containers, in a free-draining medium in part shade or bright filtered light. Water moderately when in growth, not at all when dormant, and feed 2 or 3 times during the growing season.
