A late-season, dual-purpose apple with large, yellow-green fruit with a slight red flush, and occasional russetting. Flesh is yellow, with a sweet, rich flavour, and holds its shape when cooked. A moderately vigorous, spreading tree, producing a heavy crop and requiring a group 1, 2 or 3 pollinator. Fruit is ready to pick in mid-autumn, keeps until late winter and is sweet enough for dessert use after New Year
