Miscanthus sinensis 'Emmanuel Lepage'

A clump-forming, deciduous grass, to about 2m tall, with a loose, mounding habit and narrow, arching blue-green leaves, which turn yellow in autumn, fading to pale brown in winter. Feathery flower panicles are held well above the foliage and open deep pinkish-red in late summer and early autumn, fading to silver and remaining on the plant over winter
