A vigorous, trailing and mounding, floriferous tender perennial usually grown as an annual for seasonal bedding displays or as a patio plant. It has oval shaped, sticky and hairy mid-green leaves and produces trumpet-shaped, ruffled and fully double pale lilac flowers. It blooms from early summer into autumn. It trails or gently mounds and spreads around 30 cm to 40 cm so is ideal for hanging baskets and containers and as ground cover in warm, well-drained, sunny spots.
