An evergreen succulent with rosettes of spoon-shaped, succulent, cabbage-like leaves, warty towards the tops with crinkled edges. These emerge pale grey-green turning to pinkish-orange as they mature. It may produce tube-shaped peachy pink-orange flowers in spring to summer

Grow under glass in a standard cactus compost, in bright, filtered light. When in growth water moderately and feed every two or three weeks with a balanced liquid feed. Keep almost dry in the winter.
