Shrubs Trees
A large, erect, elegant shrub or small tree to 5m in height, with secondary stems from the base developing horizontal branches. Leaves mid-green, ovate, turning red and orange in autumn. Masses of blooms of 10cm in diameter are borne from a young age. White petal-like bracts surrounding a smal clustered flowerhead are visible above the foliage, from late May, maturing to rose pink. Fleshy red, strawberry-like fruits appear in autumn.
