Carpinus laxiflora

A medium sized deciduous tree with arching branches, reach an ultimate height of 15m in favorable conditions. The narrow-serrated leaves with an elegant point unfurl in spring with a hint of bronze, mature to green in summer without notable autumn. Green catkins borne in spring are followed by fruiting clusters 5-8cm in autumn
