A semi-evergreen herbaceous perennial that reaches approximately 66cm in height when in flower. It forms a clump of arching, strap-like green leaves and very fragrant, pale red and purple flowers with a paler halo and edges above a chartreuse throat to 18cm across in summer. Flowers open late in the day and remain open all night

How to Grow

Cultivation

Grow in fertile, moist but well-drained soil preferably in full sun. Flowering is likely to be poor in shadier situations. Tolerant of heavy clay and poorer soils.
