Houseplants
A clump-forming, rhizomatous, hardy evergreen perennial with long, narrow, broadly lance-shaped glossy dark green leaves with pale yellow spots. Rarely, small, inconspicuous star-shaped purple flowers appear at the base of the plant in late summer to autumn. Although most often grown as a houseplant, it is also a useful garden plant in mild areas, and is tolerant of shade and drier conditions
