A strong, compact, bushy, clump-forming perennial with serrated dark green leaves and ball-shaped lilac-purple flowers which may have a hint of peach towards the petal centres, appearing from summer through to autumn. A good variety for borders or for cut flowers

How to Grow

Cultivation

Grow in fertile, humus-rich, well-drained soil, enriched with organic matter, in full sun. Pinch out growing tips to encourage bushy plants. Provide support as required - see staking perennials. Propagation

Propagate by softwood cuttings taken in spring from shoots from stored tubers, or divide the tubers ensuring each division has a viable bud

Pruning

Diseases
